Details of how to file a complaint against unauthorized posting of copyrighted work has been further clarified.

Removed 'No Web Access' Feature

Removed references to an old feature called 'No Web Access', where a user can elect not to permanently store their information on Plaxo servers. This feature is no longer offered.

Clarifications

Different sections of the Terms of Services have been expanded, but essentially unchanged, to further clarify their intent.

• We clarified that this TOS also applies to data from users using our services through third parties integrating Plaxo functionality through our application programmer interfaces ("APIs") or otherwise.
