When you first meet me you may get the impression that I always have something on my mind...and it's probably true, I am probably trying to break down what and who you are about. My career depends on my social skills, first and foremost, I need to understand you and figure out what your needs are. If you are a talker I will listen. If you are quiet, I will find the questions to help open you up. I am easy to get along with, I don't usually make people feel uncomfortable. I am professional but not pretentious. I will keep my cool during stressful times and put you at ease when you are nervous. This is why my friends enjoy working with me and why I do wonderful with friends. I will never take my friends for granted, always try and handle situations with care and precision, I will always be honest and speak directly....and if there really is something I'm unsure about, I'll let you know. I'm not afraid to say I was wrong and take constructive critisism when neccessary. When you become my friend. I work hard at establishing trustworthy relationships with my friends and in return only expect that they will treat me with the same respect and honesty.
