I started my own business at the beginning of 2007 after spending 9 years in various companies, in various roles all related to recruitment. Access Resourcing is a specialist company focused on the Identity & Access Management (IAM) area of the Information Security Industry. I believe that there is a real lack of experienced recruitment services in this space and I recognised early on that this demand would never be met by companies that simply posted adverts and relied on online databases to find candidates. My approach from the start has been to build a network of contacts, and work with that network to respond to my customers. I am passionate about what I do and treat every contact made as a potential customer, treated with the courtesy you would expect.
