I have more than 3 years experience of financial/credit/business/market analysis. I've analyzed many companies, operating in different markets. They are supermarket chains, metallurgy, pipe production, IT, electric-power industry, aviation, filling stations, distribution companies, meat processing, confectionary, agricultural markets and others. As well I performed examination of the businesses in terms of analysis of manufacturing, sales, inventory, risk-management, etc. Also my work was concerned with corporate governance analysis. I have knowledge of bank limits, bonds, Ukrainian accounting standards, International accounting standards, enterprise evaluation and M&A theory. I had possibility to gain the direct independent experience in management. I’ve organized, developed and optimized rating dept. of the company, fixed and documented business processes. Also I hired and trained financial analysts. In addition, I worked with lawyers at legal aspects of the business. Almost all my reports were in English. So, I can easily speak. Currently I'm a freelance financial/research analyst. Today I am studying agricultural market. It will be deep research.
