I formed my own coaching and consulting business in 2009, with the snappy and spacious name Timothy Kincaid Professional Services, LLC. My focus is on facilitating transformation, at both the individual and organizational levels, through improved communications and other OD and HRD interventions. I earned a doctorate in human and organizational learning from the George Washington Univesity and am a certified professional coach. I draw from more than 25 years of corporate communications experience in the aviation and transportation industries, with extensive experience in employee communications marketing communications, diversity and inclusion, and media relations. I enjoyed teaching courses at the university level. I have an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a BA in Journalism/PR from University of Oklahoma.
