Information and Media Relations Officer for Vanderbilt-Ingram Cancer Center, Nashville, Tennessee. Vanderbilt-Ingram is a National Cancer Institute-designated Comprehensive Cancer Center - one of 41 in the nation. Prior to joining Vanderbilt, I spent many years as a television journalist with WSMV and WKRN, Nashville, specializing in government, politics and in-depth investigations. I covered Metro government and Capitol Hill for years. Also served as a communications consultant, providing media training for corporate executives, government officials, entertainers and sports figures, as well as editing books, writing video scripts, brochure copy and news releases.
