I am also INLPTA Certified Master Practitioner Coach with over 150 hours coaching of Managers and Executives. I am certified in the use of Bar-On EQi, MBTI step I & II and DiSC personal development tools. I am IBM Global Sales School Graduate (with distincion) and recipient of the 2001 IBM EMEA Winning Team competition award. I have 25 years experience in the Techonolgy industry including 12 in ITC with 13 product specialist qualifications and 5 IBM Top Gun Awards (1 with distinction) My focus is to help executives and managers to develop their teams performance, collaboration and motivation, by facilitating taylored workshops aimed at the achievement of specific business outcomes and by providing individual coaching. At the Irish Management Institute, I direct several management development programs, I deliver on the subject of Personal & Team development, Leadership and Motivation. I also provide coaching to manager and Executive For 9 years I worked in IBM in a variety of roles including Skill & Education Consultant for the ibm.com organisation Europe, advising executive and management teams across all European call centres on people skills development. In the role of Advisory Education specialist, I developed and delivered a wide varity of internal programs from New Hire to Product Sales, in Dublin and throughout Europe. I have also been part of the training team that started the ibm.com Sales Centre in Dublin, and I have delivered training on the following subjects: processes, tools, products, sales, corporate values, motivation and personal development. Before coming to Ireland, I was a Lieutenant of the Italian Army commanding and training a Specialist Unit of Artillery. I also have 25 years experience in Natural Photography and Graphic design (as hobby & free lance) including Web and Logo design.
