Home Inspector and Owner, Attic To Sidewalk Home Inspections

I am the owner and chief inspector for Attic to Sidewalk Home Inspections located in Grove City on the SW side of Columbus Ohio. I've been doing inspections for over fourteen years in Columbus, Grove City, Hilliard, Upper Arlington, Dublin, Westerville, Worthington, Gahanna, and many other cities around central Ohio In this business it is difficult to separate yourself from the herd. My way of doing it is one client at a time. It's a slow way to grow but I have found that by serving the home buyer to the best of my ability my business has grown. Those I serve are left knowing I gave them the best possible inspection. They become my friends and are more than happy to refer their family, friends, and co-workers to me. At this time more than 90% of my inspections are from those I have worked for in past years. I've even done four or five inspections for the same clients. I don't cut corners or try to soften my findings to make someone feel good about their purchase. If it's a dump that's the way I'll report it. After all....I may see you at the grocery store next year and I'd rather you remembered me as the one who told you the truth instead of as the one that allowed you to invest thousands of dollars on a pig with lipstick.
