I have been a Business Consultant for almost 13 years. After working for large consulting firms like Bain, Spectrum and Framfab, in 2001 I founded my own consulting firm, Management 2000, that focuses on Strategic Consulting, ad-Interim Management, Organisational Design, Process Engineering and Coaching. Main client projects include the launch of a Gaming Operator in Italy, HBG Group, where I currently act as Business Development Director. HBG is now a successfull player in the Italian market managing several Bingo Clubs and several thousands Slot Machines. Other consulting activities were in the Telecommunications, Media, Internet and Food&Beverage industries.
