· Achieved savings of minimum $2M annually by initiating process changes and qualifying new suppliers.
· Managed one year project that accomplished savings of $1.5M by reducing cycle time for customer approval of process changes from 180 days to 120 days to qualify lower cost suppliers.
· Saved $1.8M per year by managing project for new design for test equipment that reduced retest and allowed removal of special process steps.
