Through training and experiences I have attained the following skill set: The ability to interface at the executive level; exceptional communication skills and knowledge of the Consultative approach to sales and support; proven experience in negotiation, and conflict resolution; 25 years experience providing solutions to complex customer support issues; administrator and Instructor certified in firewalls; trained and certified as a network and systems administrator for Solaris; Microsoft Certified Trainer; trained in security and auditing for the Internet; certified in ITIL; possess a strong background in Java Application servers, TCP/IP, NFS, NIS, relational Databases, Large File Server and Mail Servers systems; trained on the Solaris, Sun OS, AIX, ULTRIX, VMS, and the SGI platforms; strong network tuning, configuration and administration experience; strong customer interface and problem management skills, which have been developed in high stress situations; the last 10 plus years been an Instructor for Northeastern University; deliver TCP/IP networking, Security, and Operating systems courses; strong background in course development and technical instruction; experienced as a member of a sales team; proven project management experience.
