Trained as Electrical Engineer, started the career in Indian software services when it was in its infancy and has been part of the evolution of the industry. As member of the Management Team, responsible for Organizational Transformation and phenomenal growth of two organizations - Hexaware Technologies Limited (in India) & Emirates Airlines (in Dubai). Exposed to both In-house and Consulting environments. Possesses extensive experience in creating Centre of Excellences and has been Practice Head of Travel & Transportation and Application Management practices in Hexaware. Well versed in sales support activities, extensively traveled and has good idea about cultural issues across USA, Germany, UK, Asia Pac and Australia.
