REAL-TIME INNOVATIONS, privately held software and consulting company GENERAL MANAGER (Europe, Mid-East, Africa) Implemented a multi-year business plan to turn around an unprofitable European operation and develop a leadership position in an advanced technology niche. • Expanded market and geographic coverage, tripling territory revenues in first year; winning major projects in new markets: air traffic control, railways, simulation, UAV’s. • Sold major upgrade of UK MoD’s test range network worth over $750,000. • Won major infrastructure contract with Air Traffic Control System for UK worth over $400,000 – put company in lead position to win $6 million+ contract for Italian and French Air Traffic System upgrade. • Identified, contracted and trained new distributors in UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland. MASSCOMP, merged with public company Concurrent Computer – high performance, high-transaction and real-time computer systems DISTRICT SALES MANAGER - New England Reorganized and redirected a problem-ridden strategic sales district to turn around underperforming sales team and establish significant revenue growth. • Focused group of sales representatives that had missed goals and built team which achieved 150% of goal the following year and became company’s top producers. • Qualified entire sales team for President's Club and led company by closing 14 new accounts. • Promoted to OEM Group Sales Manager following merger with Concurrent Computer: revenues over $5million.
