Stephen is a Director for Fenton Global. Stephen advises and consults on senior level appointments in the global telecommunications practice and has recruited senior management positions for leading multinationals, domestic and private equity backed alternative operators. His assignments frequently have a significant cross-border dimension, and he has successfully recruited extensively throughout 22 countries in Europe and the US. He recruits across all functional areas to identify and source senior executives and regional leaders for both retained and contingency search assignments. Stephen is passionate about delivery and results for his clients and has twelve years experience in the search industry. Prior to Fenton Global, Stephen was a Senior Search Consultant at a international search boutique firm within the teleommunications practice. Stephen has spent the majority of his career in executive search, supported by a strong background in research. Stephen has a BSc with honours in Social Sciences from Leeds Metropolitan University.
