A lot of consulting work with regard to the organisation of back-offices and recruiting of personnel for back-office functions has been delivered, next to the hands-on work as secretary, management assistant, HR representative, advisor. Goals: keep up the good standards and keep up the reluctance to accept job offers. My primary goal is to stay an independent worker with happy customers. Specialties: Reorganisation of back-offices and recruiting personnel for these functions. Taking minutes in Dutch and English - extensive experience in minute taking of Union negotiations. Extensive knowledge of most MS applications. I never feel 'too good' to do any kind of secretarial work, a real hands-on type of worker. |
