After selling BiG Vent to stock listed Comp/CSS (Dec 2007) worked as Technical Director and technology evangelist in WorldITSystems – together with Boguslaw Mackiewicz responsible for bringing this newly founded company to polish market. Currently affiliated with Cracow based software company SoftwareMind. Vast knowledge of IT market and particularly software production and informatic infrastructure market: mass storage and data security. Clear vision of the market future. Very good relations with customers and vendors. He is well known on Polish market for his presentations on the future of the storage industry and cost effective building of disaster recovery systems. Good knowledge of management, marketing, finances and economy. Ability to build and conduct succesfull teams (sales, pre-sales and technical teams). Competence in employees stimulating, not afraid of hands on activities and change management. His experience covers not only storage – experience from z Big Vent includes among others software, integration, cabling etc. He is thus accustomed to new challenges, entering into new markets.
