Over 30 years of experience in banking, of which over 20 years on the commercial client and product side (both domestic within the Netherlands, as well as abroad (4 years in Hong Kong, setting up Structured Fianance for ABN, as well as internationally out of the Netherlands, covering the major oil companies in the world) and about 10 years on the human resources side (compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management and leadership development).

After over 30 years of working in the financial industry, on the commercial side (for about 20 years) and the HR side (for about 10 years), I decided to leave ABN AMRO in the summer of 2008 and to start my own consultancy and coaching firm.
I focus on advice in the area of talent- and leadership development as well as performance management and on team- and individual coaching.
