Over 30 years of experience in banking, of which over 20 years on the commercial client and product side (both domestic within the Netherlands, as well as abroad (4 years in Hong Kong, setting up Structured Fianance for ABN, as well as internationally out of the Netherlands, covering the major oil companies in the world) and about 10 years on the human resources side (compensation & benefits, performance management, talent management and leadership development). Especially the combination of the commercial banking side with the HR side as well as my interest in coaching, culminated in 2008 to leave the ABN AMRO Bank and to start my own HR consultancy & coaching firm: Congruence
