Responsible for the real estate portfolio in region. Delivery of a complete suite of real estate services and solutions to meet functional, business and corporate objectives. Establish functional relationships and manage service providers to achieve those objectives . Develop and implement real estate strategies, while ensuring the successful delivery of services and programs, in region. Perform a comprehensive set of duties to ensure availability of space that meets customer requirements (buy, lease, plan, build, manage and disposition). Act as a single point of accountability for specific functional areas, including but not limited to: a) Facility Management and Operations, b) Infrastructure Solutions, c) Project Delivery, d) Portfolio Strategies and Management, f) Lease Transactions.
