Michael is an accomplished and experienced TV/Film director specializing in single camera comedy and reality. His debut feature, POOR WHITE TRASH (starring Jaime Pressly and Sean Young) was an underground hit in 2000 that ended up making three times its budget. From there, Michael went on to direct and/or produce on LEWIS BLACK’S ROOT OF ALL EVIL, THE SHOWBIZ SHOW w/DAVID SPADE, EXTREME MAKEOVER: HOME EDITION, THE NEW TOM GREEN SHOW, and wrote for THE MAN SHOW. He also produced/directed JAMIE KENNEDY: UNWASHED, which he sold to Comedy Central to excellent ratings. He’s prepping a current feature, HECKLER to hit theaters in July. Currently, Michael is Supervising Producer/Director on the new Lewis Black show, ROOT OF ALL EVIL for Comedy Central (in its second season) while Executive Producing the second season of the hit BET show HELL DATE as well as developing a several web series, TV projects and feature comedies (including a follow up to PWT).
