First 10 years in Close Up, developing the tools to analyze Prescription info, developing Close Up Products, giving support to clients in Mexico, Brazil, Spain, Chile and Argentina, launching Chilean operations, implementing the first Electronic Dr call in System in Chile, etc Then I moved to Sanofi, worked there for 1 year as Business Intelligence Manager for South Cone. After that I moved to Janssen Cilag (Johnson & Johnson pharmaceutical division) and worked there 13 years, giving support to 7 countries, implementing first Electronic Dr call in System in Argentina, implementing OLAP tools, developing and implementing models to size sales force, to define specialty mix, to define promoted product portfolio, to define awards for the reps based on actual sales & DDD, being the leader of the forecasting process, being marketing trainer for the region, detecting and evaluating new products opportunities, improving launching process methods, etc Now, since july 2007, I have my own company i-BROKERS. Its still small, oriented to give support to Pharmaceutical Companies in their strategic decisions, and I have some partners specialized in different subjects, so I can afford big projects for the region. I'm working with Cognos for BI tools implementation (I'm Business Affiliate for the LA region), I work with Marketimetrics for Forecasting Systems developed specially for Pharma, based on demand, I work with 3 different Market research agencies (we have developed in these three month some projects for the whole region), a partner in Data Mining, etc. My academic background includes technology (Buenos Aires University), marketing (Post grade), strategy (Kellogg University), Business Information (Postgrade Austral University). And I'm also the academic coordinator in a Competitive Intelligence course in Belgrano University here in Argentina, and Business Intelligence Training in UAI University. My clients are Pharmaceutical Companies , in general Marketing Directors, sales Directors or General Managers, where after 25 year I have a lot of contacts and know a lot of people. |
