Thanks to my previous professional engagements, I have now experience both as a system integrator, or supplier, and as a customer of the telecom market. From technical perspective, I extended my knowledge from the Fault Management field towards the Service Assurance, passing through the Data Layer. Now I would grow as a Program Manager, helping industry to plan and develop OSS and BSS solutions and define organisational processes, aimed to improve the quality of the products delivered to end customers and, in the mean time, to reduce their operational costs. I could develop a portfolio of OSS and BSS solutions, either in order for vendors to complete their offerings, or in order for international enterprises to reduce local bid and project costs. My preferred company is an international one, where I can work in multinational teams, travelling in different countries, for short term periods.
