I have a proven track record of successfully managing large multidimensional and three-digits of millions operations. Within 7 years I am with Wincor Nixdorf 6 times I was announced as the Member of “Club of Excellence” of the company. Areas of experience include: executive/general management, strategic planning, operations, partners management and business development, sales & marketing management, customer service, training/mentoring and international business all in a Technology environment. I also have good communication skills and able to represent and promote a company to diverse local and international audiences. I can speak and writ in 4 languages (English, German, Russia and Lithuania). I have supervised / managed the team of local employees and partners in different countries – from Baltic States and Ukraine to Mongolia and Panama. I am fully aware of the business industry relating operations and performance with high level emphasis on business maximization, quality assurance and staff training besides overseeing the growth through further development of the organization. Last 12 years my professional activity is related with the management of sales of banking equipment in FSU and Central America countries (over 20 countries) Support of Indirect Sales channel (through the local partners). Partner management and support. Direct sales to the key accounts. Direct and indirect (through the partners) access to over 500 biggest banks in the region. Developing of the partners based sales channel in FSU countries, Mongolia and Central America. During these 7 years the sales under my personal control in the region have grown up 2000% . Wincor Nixdorf became the leading supplier of banking self service equipment in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Caucasus and Baltic. It becames Nr.2 supplier of ATMs in Russia.
