Denise's practice focuses on condominium law. She represents condominium corporations, condo developers, purchasers, vendors and mortgagees. Denise is a regular columnist of the Condo Report for the Real Estate News and the Condominium column for Canadian Real Estate Magazine. She is a frequent contributor to other publications including Metro News, Condo Life, New Dreamhomes and Condos, The Condo Voice and Condominium Manager Magazine. Denise has been a guest on CBC Radio, AM 640 Toronto Radio, AM 740 Prime Time Radio, CHIN Radio and CFRB Newstalk 1010, and has also appeared on Global TV, Breakfast Television and various local Rogers Television shows.
