As human beings, our brains are amazing pattern recognition machines which seek to develop the best models for excelling in our worlds. This results in our developing habitual patterns of speech, emotions and body dispositions which we call our personalities or "who I am". However, at a certain point in life, many people seek to go beyond their limiting self images, conditioned behaviors and beliefs in order to reach their full potential at work and in life. As a coach, I provide the context and support for such development.
