Responsible for detailed tracking of all new sales as well as cancellations and monthly reconciliation of accounts. Responsible for domain name renewals for DONet; monitoring existing web hosting customers usage.
Also provide back up support for the billing dept which involves receiving and posting customer payments, generating customer statements, as well as general customer service and support.
