Manage customer accounts, upsell new services to existing customer base as well as new prospects. In charge of all DSL ordering/moves/changes/disconnects. Responsible for detailed tracking of all new sales as well as cancellations and monthly reconciliation of accounts. Responsible for domain name renewals for DONet; monitoring existing web hosting customers usage.
Also provide back up support for the billing dept which involves receiving and posting customer payments, generating customer statements, as well as general customer service and support.
