Stephanie WalshI have been in the mortgage business since 1983, starting in loan processing, subsequently being promoted through doc drawing, funding, underwriting then to management. In addition to my over 25 years of underwriting experience, I also have over 8 years management experience. In my last position, I managed over 25 people in the various Operations departments. I obtained my FHA D.E. certification in 1993 and was responsible for the FHA 203k program at Central Pacific Mortgage (prior employer). I also have V.A. underwriting experience and obtained my V.A. Lapp authority in 1994. |
