Ms. Romulus is a Director in PricewaterhouseCoopers' Advisory Services global People & Change network where she leads Leadership Development for the US and Talent Management for the Washington Metro Market. She focuses on helping clients achieve targeted, sustainable performance improvement through the alignment of strategy and organizational capability. She has supported corporate culture initiatives with practical field-focused HR tools. Ms. Romulus led global organizations at Fortune 50 and Fortune 100 companies during times of rapid change aligning corporate strategy and vision to drive organizational change and business results. Ms. Romulus is a former VP, Training, Org Dev & Diversity for Ahold, one of the world’s largest retailers. Her global team collaborated with senior leadership to establish the strategic direction for enterprise-wide talent management processes, systems, and tools focused on developing the key talent pipeline. She worked closely with the C-suite globally to design and deliver strategic cross-Operating Company learning and developmental activities to enable leaderts to drive results. Ms. Romulus received her MBA from The Johns Hopkins University and her BSBA in MIS from Old Dominion University. She is a graduate of the Advanced Human Resource Executive Program at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Harvard’s concentrated executive education program – Leadership in Professional Services Firms, and holds a Master Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. Ms. Romulus is certified as a change management consultant through ODR and is certified and experienced in providing 360 executive assessments and Myers Briggs analysis.
