Hi, I’m Mike Grabarek. I have two decades of experience in organizational and leadership development working at GE Crotonville, Entergy Services, Inc and as a consultant. About 4 years ago I discovered that astrology can be an very powerful tool for coaching business people and fostering stronger teams. I recently took a two year sabbatical to study astrology full time and gain my certification. During this time and for two more years, I have been practicing astrology. I now supplement leadership and organizational development practices with astrology. During the first half of my career, I was an aerospace engineer analyzing and designing guidance systems for ballistic missiles – otherwise known as rocket science. When world peace broke out in the late 1980’s I decided to make a natural transition into leadership and organizational development. It turned out to be a great match for me.
