History: I finished my studies as a teacher in Theology and worked for 12 years in an oil refinery. Quite a difference! The scope I had then was to help support projects that give children a better chance in surviving in this world. Too many idealists offer one to three years of their life in volunteers work to help in such projects. After a time they are obliged to stop their work because their financial resources are finished. They return into our western society, find a job they don't like to support their own life and that of their family, and soon their idealism is suffocated. My dream: My idea exist in creating a growing and repeating money stream that would allow idealists to work in their project while being paid a normal wages - in the form of support - by what I pay them. The source of what I pay them is the commission on the usage of a growing customerbase of people paying less money for the same services they use on a daily base. In that sense everybody will contribute a little in making this world a better place for children. The Process: That brought me into the Network Marketing Industry. That is to what I have seen the best industry to create incomes that far surpass the average income of any person. For the last five years, of which the last three were full time, I have worked as an independent entrepreneur in Euphony. We help people save money on services they use on a daily basis. The idea however behind my work is to build in a conscience that whenever people use the phone, surf the internet, switch on the light, etc... they are sponsoring a children's' project. Nobody ever thinks about what companies do with their profit of that month/year, do they!?! My dream can grow in the right direction. I mean to attract more business partners into the company, in order to get the income stream high enough to start sustaining more than one project ( www.CreateYourFreedom.eu ). In the process I look forward to help as many families as possible to extend the quality in their lives by growing in every possible way: financial, educational, emotional, spiritual, physical, social, and teach them also to give back to those that have no chance. In the past Five years I can be proud to have helped hundreds of families in Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal to get an extra income, and five families to have a full time income by helping others to make an extra income by helping end-users save money. In Portugal the team has enormously grown in the past five months and given people more than they expected in return. We are looking to spread the "wealth fire" into Spain, Germany, UK and the Czech Republic. Why this kind of work? Networking to me is essential to create a leverage. I believe in the addition of small efforts to make things move in this world. Creativity can reach its highest level when possibilities are created for others to be creative. And that, I believe, is the mission in my life. In addition: As a personal coach my scope is to guide people not only in a professional way to excel in their performance, but also to develop a vision that goes beyond themselves. Most people have forgotten to 'dream' and think that doubling their income (or more) is not possible. I help people realise just that what they think is only fantasy. For the moment I coach new business partners to start their business. I visit their new customers as training 'in the field' and two to three times a month we have open product trainings for all starters. The construction of a network includes also that we give presentations to potential business partners. That is either in a private conversation, or in a public place, where more guests come at the same time. When people start to build their own group of partners, I guide them to develop new skills in leadership, communication, presentation of our business, planning and coaching. As a trainer I present to all the attendees more than just the 'topic'. The heart of the individual must be touched in the training for it to reach its effect. To be an inspiration rather than just a motivation. The trainings include product knowledge, how to make a good business plan, networking, communication and sometimes tailor-made trainings for the need of the group who invites me. In my private life: I share my life with Christine, the most wonderful and sustaining person I have ever met. My son 18 years old lives with his mother and visits me during the weekends. We like travelling, walking in natural environments and therefore take a break 3 to 4 times a year to fill our minds with the beauties of nature. In my free time, if I'm not behind the computer I like to read inspiring books and search for ideas that make you think about life.
