G R Reddy (GR) is Founder and Chief Facilitator of Husys Consulting Pvt. Ltd. With over 16 years of experience in Human Resource Management. He has Post Graduate in Business Administration specialized in Human Resources, Bachelors degree in Law and has a Diploma in Training and Development from ISTD, New Delhi. GR has corporate experience in the area of Human Resources before starting his entrepreneurial venture Husys. He started his career with JK’s and was last Head of HR & Training for Intelligroup Asia based at Hyderabad. He has worked in different parts of India during his career. He has been the part of HR teams in Organizations of repute like: • Intelligroup Asia Limited (Head – HR & Training) • Intergraph India Limited (Manager – HR) • Satyam Enterprise Solution Limited (Manager – HR) • Blue Dart Express Limited (Regional Manager – HR) • J.K. Synthetics Limited (Management Trainee – P&A) He has been instrumental in Setup of HR function in the first Air Cargo Company in India – Blue Dart Aviation and in 10 other various clients ranging from 50 people organisation to 800 people organizations. During his career he has experience of recruiting over 1000 employees including the Sr. Management Positions. He has also been a mentor for professionals in different industry who have been taking help in their personal growth. He worked on various Organizational / HR assignments, which include Organizational Design, HR Process implementation, HR Quality (ISO, PCMM-5 Implementation), HR Manuals, HR Hand Books, Training & Developmental Programs and Organizational Structuring & JV Management. He has also trained managers and Teams of various organizations and some of the clients include Infosys, Ivycomptech, BaaN, Lanco Global and various other organizations. GR is an exclusive trainer for SHRM India (Part of Society for Human Resource Management – US). He has been a regular writer of columns for various News Papers. His expert interviews appeared in Media – TV & AIR on various HR Initiatives. His Academic Interest includes being a Guest Faculty at IPE, Dhruva School of Management, Vignan Jyothi Xavier Institute of Management, Siva Sivani Institute of Management, Pragati Mahavidyalaya, Osmania University and Ambedkar Open University in the areas of HRM, Organizational Development and Industry Interface. He has been a Member of selection committee of various Top Business Schools in India for MBA intake. He is also an advisory member for various Business Schools for Curriculum Revision in line with Industry Challenges. I am GR. Please do call & address me as GR.
