IT and media professional for over 15 years specializing in Apple, Inc. products and services including software and hardware installation, peripheral, client, and server set up, network set up, and mixed platform integration and trouble shooting. Serving the greater southern California inland empire. Serving home, small office/home office, small and medium sized business and enterprise customers (including non-profit, education, government, and business). I'm a native Californian, born in the Oakland Bay Area and raised in the San Joaquin Valley. Following 19 years in the U.S. Air Force, served mostly in the Inland Empire area of southern California, I completed a bachelor of arts degree in art with an emphasis in graphic design through California State University, San Bernardino. While a student at CSUSB, I worked part-time in one of the library's computer labs. I enjoyed it so much, I began pursuing a career in computer technology support and services. Since 1992 I've endeavored to settle into various technology support and services positions with a number of employers only to discover that I'm at my best when I steer my own ship. I'm now a seasoned and certificated consultant specializing in Apple Inc.’s entire product line of computers and software from iPod to XServe and iLife to Final Cut Studio (and yes, I do Windows, but only if I have to).
