Jim Giblin started the Entrepreneur's Source because of his desire to help people achieve their career dreams. Jim's roles as a coach, behavioral analyst and small business trouble shooter allow him to bring the latest ideas and skills to his clients. He attends more than five hours of weekly training to hone his coaching skills so that he can maintain a "world class" consulting practice. Jim has over 23 years experience in management and business development. Prior to the Entrepreneur's Source he was with AT&T, Hartz Mountain and Crum & Foster. He is a college graduate with a B.S.degree in Accounting, a Computer Science Diploma and a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Jim has also undergone extensive Executive Development training from the USC Marshall School and has studied internationally at the University of Sussex-BrightonPolytechnic. He is a graduate of the E-Source Academy, an intense and rigorous training on coaching, franchising and self-employment options. Jim's dream is to assist people fulfill their dreams of self-reliance and business ownership and to provide low cost Rapid Impact Solutions to small businesses.
