I have many years of successful experience as portfolio manager, project manager and organisational manager within challenging organizational structures of national and international companies. Through my management responsibilities I ensure the conditions for innovation in the company becomes available in accordance with company strategy. This implies systematically focus of investments and employees at management anchored processes for portfolio management and project management. As both portfolio manager and project manager I use my ability to 'make things happen' and act as an efficient interface between the company's business needs and the use of technology. Thus I have achieved a history of providing strategically and advanced technical and business solutions on time and of quality that meet company and customer needs. With proactive and energetic leadership behaviour I ensure that my departments are functioning through explicit goals and qualified employees. Based on a structured, analytical and results-oriented mindset, I create fast results and long-term changes in a motivating and focused approach by combining delegation and empowerment of employees.
