I have enjoyed applying my knowledge of Mathematics and Modeling to specify and predict outcomes of complex information technology systems, including designing and implementing many of them along the way. I have always viewed systems as a wholisitic network of simpler cooperating elements and have encouraged others to see things that way too! My professional interests are in applying new technologies that improve service, reduce costs, and deliver useful and valuable solutions always with its users in mind.
