I am a seasoned sales professional with over 12 year experience in the mortgage industry. My successes in this business have led me to different leadership roles including management and coaching of sales staff. My different positions have given me a "bigger picture" mentality when working with clients and business partners. I understand the importance of communication in the home buying process. I value long term business relationships as these are what help make everyone successful. My sales approach is one based on consultation and presenting options. Each client is treated with the respect and care they deserve. I believe in full disclosure and probably lose business at times because I do disclose all fees while others tend to leave things out, but as I will be at the closing table with the client - my promise is that all will be as it should be.
