Hello Everyone, I am an IT Search Consultant (read: Recruiter) for Prinicipal Technologies. I'm hired by companies in OKC to find them thier IT people. I place mainly mid to senior level positions, generally on a permanent full time basis. While I will work on the occasional contract for a client, we are NOT a contracting firm. That said, I love helping people find thier perfect place to work. I moved to OKC a couple of years ago from Chicago. I was a Regional Manager for Nordstroms and the part of loved best was building and growing my team, finding them the best place in the company for them to succeed, ect. Don't get me wrong, I loved the sales aspect and the numbers game too, but I recognize my job wouldn't succeed unless my people did. And succeed we did, consistently being at the top in growth of sales, revenue, inventory management, and growth and promotion of teams. Clearly there are no Nordstroms in OKC, so I brought all of this to the next best field--Staffing. I can take all of the passion for people development and placement and bring it to a number of companies instead of one. What can I say? I have a great job!
