I have been a Realtor since 1996 and am an expert in Short Sales in LA & Orange County, CA with Main Street Realtors & in Las Vegas, NV with Elite Realty. I am a Certified Short Sale Expert & have extensive training in this area of Real Estate. I also help homeowners with my Short Sale Post Care Program, where I show them how to get Late Payments REMOVED from their credit so they CAN take advantage of the Down Market & buy again in under 2yrs. If they were to go into foreclosure it would 5yrs before they could buy again!! I also accept referrals from other Realtors who do not know how to properly deal with a short seller, it's a LOT of work that takes a lot more time to close, all for less pay! I promise to do my best with the time lines given by the bank in order to sell their home before the auction date & can oftentimes negotiate for the auction to be POSTPONED!
