If you are an IT Professional and you need to hire people or are seeking a job - I can help you. I have over 17 years of experience as an Recruiter. I am the Founder and President of Insight ITC. My company provides retained professional & executive level search services. I like helping people improve their career status. I also have a passion to help educate kids on how to get the jobs they want by coaching them early. My hope is to see that every child has the gift of obtaining an education that will enable them to choose the career path that they want, whatever that may be. The same is true for the candidates I work with. I like to make sure that the employers who hire my candidates are good companies to work for. I have been in this professional long enough to know you have to be a good steward, it's a small world. I really do care that if you are working with me - I want you to be happy and successful in the jobs I share with you. Work is a big part of life and it has to be fun. At home, I am very family oriented, my children are very important to me. I bake the world's best Chocolate Chip cookies and make the best homemade bread. I have recently come to enjoy riding out west on the back of a Harley Davidon with my fiance Mike. I like to travel, learn and hope to move to New Mexico when I retire and live on a ranch. I want to then do all the things my grandmother taught me. I hope to leave a legacy that I have made a difference in the world - that I have raised my kids to be self reliant, good people, that I helped people improve their lives by assisting them in finding a job that they love. I have made my fair share of mistakes, but I did my best to learn from them and am a better person for it. If I have accomplished that I will have done my job. So, that's me. Welcome.
