Joan Risdon founded SmartImage Media with a desire to offer businesses an effective way to build their bottom line. She has offered clients cutting-edge design, effective branding and highly personalized customer service for over 25 years. Her experience in graphic design makes her uniquely qualified to manage all phases of the design process. Joan works closely with clients to ensure the .final project hits the mark, both in the look and clarity of the message to the target audience. Joan develops primary goals, policies, and short and long range objectives for the organization. She directs and coordinates activities to achieve profit and return on capital, establishes organizational structure and delegate’s authority to subordinates. She leads the organization towards objectives, meets with and advises other executives and department managers and reviews results of business operations, Joan is responsible for determining action plans to meet the needs of stakeholders while representing organizations to strategic alliances in the financial community, major customers, government agencies, shareholders, and the public. Joan has brought an expert team together that specializes in increasing revenue and distinguishing businesses through web site design and development, as well as marketing and sales strategies. Joan is currently a member of and mentor for NAWBO, BNI of Arizona, Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and Board Chair for Christian Youth Theatre.
