Supervising and providing all the technical support/solutions to the Team of Engineers discharging following task

 Providing Sales Support / solution in the subject field to Seven Countries of Middle East (Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Yemen, Oman ) in addition to UAE

 Providing Trainings on Fundamentals of HVAC controls and on Fundamentals of Low Voltage Lighting Controls to the nominated Engineers from all the seven countries in addition to the U.A.E.

 Provision of Specification, Building Management System Point schedules, Schematics for BMS, HVAC controls and Low Voltage Lighting Controls to the Consultants and active involvement with the consultants / Sales Engineers / Sales Executive, at controls design stage, in providing solutions to the project needs.

 On receipt of tender, responsibility includes, provision of competitive solution to the project needs, controllers allocation based on equipment distribution, valves sizing, BMS IO points development, suitable Controllers / field devices / Integration needs / BMS Central selection, cost estimation for supply and commissioning of the offered system and provision of Bid basis to cover inclusion and exclusion.

 Provision of Post tender Clarification and revision to the estimation as and when applicable.

 On receipt of Letter of intents, responsibility includes, provision of Technical compliance of the proposed system, Schematics, Bill of Quantities, revised valve sizing based on updated flow schedules and pressure drop schedules, Brief write-up on the System offered, System riser, relevant Technical Literatures.

 On receipt of orders, responsibility includes, hand over of complete files along with concerned sales executive to the designated Project Engineer of Construction Group

 Since Carrier launched their first Building Management System called Carrier Comfort Network, I was hired to create the place for Carrier in Controls / BMS discipline in the eyes of Consultant as well as the end users.

 Responsibilities includes all the sales support activities, as mentioned above except that this time coverage was for the Cities of Kingdom only.

 In addition to above, I was responsible to execute the project as well, for all the projects that I Engineered / Estimated. The responsibility covers, provision of technical submittal for consultant approval, then order placement, details of wiring hookup, supervision of installation of controls, conduits layout, wiring pulling and termination.

 Programming of controllers and Commissioning of the system

 Responsibilities includes all the sales support activities, as mentioned above except that this time coverage was for the Cities of Pakistan only and was required to supervise five Engineers and three technicians.

 In addition to above, I was responsible to bring the service business, from the post installed projects, for the company and supervise the Service team consisting of two engineers and two technician

 Programming of controllers and Commissioning of the system at the time when manpower was not enough to handle the job load.(Self Learning of programming by studying of samples)

 Responsibilities includes all the sales support activities, as mentioned above except that this time, the coverage was for the Cities of Pakistan only.

 Programming of controllers and Commissioning of the system (Training availed in Singapore for two weeks)

 In addition to above, I was responsible to select and estimate the heating equipments such as Cleaver Brooks Boilers, water filters and water softeners, ITT Bell and Gossette heat exchangers, Armstrong steam traps, H.O Terrice temperature gauges.

 Involved in co-ordination of design and local fabrication of sand filters for water purification, hydro-pneumatic boosters, tube type water heat exchangers, hot water heaters, Calorifiers, panels for level controllers and HVAC controllers.

 Responsibilities includes assisting in supervision of Sui gas Compression project materials requisition, quotation request, commercial evaluation, purchase order placement, evaluation of sub contractors for the award of contracts for mechanical erection, electrical installation, Instrumentation.

 Monitoring of all the construction/erection/installation activities using “ S “ curve, PERT and CPM techniques.

 Monthly and quarterly project progress and status reporting to the Board of Directors of PPL, to the Financed body viz. International Finance corporation (IFC), and to the Pakistan Industrial Credit Investment corporation (PICIC).

 Responsibilities includes correct identification and placement of materials worth US $ 35 Million in the ware house, maintenance of equipment record and supervision of materials and equipments to be dispatched to 286 Railway Stations.

 To keep a check whether proper warehouse procedures for receiving and issuing equipments are maintained.

 To give suggestion on any protection (extra) required for the equipment in the warehouse.
