PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE PROCUREMENT TRAINER: September 2007 – Present Public Procurement Reform Project, through Ministry of Finance, Financing by World Bank • Conducting procurement training for Civil Servants and Procurement Departments along with 24 ministries in Afghanistan. • Provide training to government procurement employees on procurement of goods,task management and consultancy services. • Production, training presentations and other related materials. • Analyzing training plan along with international training coordinator within the office. • Assisting the international training coordinator on overall management of the classes. • Preparing test papers and group work presentations for participants (students) • Explaining the Standard Bidding Document organized by World Bank in Afghanistan. • Explain the evaluation criteria in procurement works. • Participate in procurement seminars organized by Ministry of Finance and World Bank.
