Sid PalmerProcess Consultant, Soap Detergent [S&D] Process Worked as vac sudent and started with Unilever 2 Dec 1962 in Factory Dev.Transferred to Boksburg 1965 as ass Production Manager.four years and then transferred back to Durban and 4 years in Foods.In 1963 back into soaps and detergents.Designed nwe detergent factory and commissioned in 1983;designed and commissioned new soap factory about 1986.Transferred back to Boksburg in about 1994.Retired mid 2001 after triple heart attack Oct 2000.Been busy in consultancy projects every since-mainly in SA and recently in Nigeria,Mozambigue and Egypt. New project in Columbia and leave 3 Oct 2009 for a week.Back 11 Oct.Project related to increasing efficency and throughput of saponificatio-soap making. |
