Both of which contirbute to steady performance, creativity, and collaboration in the team. Although the travel industry was the general context of the past two decades, I learned other industries in thepast and developed the wisdom and moxie to be a player in manufacturing, insurance, office automation, and correctional counseling, and data warehousing. I like to manage because I am energized by providing the right environment for team work and letting all members delve ito problems and work to resolution. I love decisionan alytics because my talents are best used when chanlenged with hurdles that need both information and the input and collaboraton of others.
