At Fitness Lady, I am an advocate and resource center for women's health issues. I find personal satisfaction in helping women achieve their own personal goals of looking and feeling better and healthier. I have been nominated for the Athena Award, Small Business Person of the Year, and Small Business of the Year. I have served on the local affiliate board for the Susan G. Komen and Education Chair, as well as the initiator of Pink Sunday, a grass roots outreach program thru local churches to educate women to take 3 life saving steps: Monthly breast exam, annual mamogram, and annual clinical exam. Early detection is the best protection. Achieve a healthier lifestyle, one step at a time!
