Eliot Nicholas is no stranger to technology, having spent most of the last 15 years in the technology industry as a Systems Analyst, Software Trainer, Software Sales / Retention Specialist and a Technical Support Call Center Manager / Director. The experience taught him the importance of customer support and value of superior service. Eliot has more than 12 years of customer support and call center management experience in the technology field. Prior to starting his Technology Consulting business LEN-Enterprises in 2008, Eliot was the Director of Technology and Systems Analyst / Help Desk Manager at Keller Williams in Plano, Tx. for over 250 Realtors. Before joining the Keller Williams Plano, Tx. office in 2007, Eliot worked for a diverse range of organizations, including USAA Insurance as a licensed agent in over 40 states, ProDoc - a legal documents assembly software company, and HAL Systems in Dallas, Tx. I am currently living in Plano, TX. and have my own IT consulting business.
