Project Involved: Feasibility study for a 50 MW Liquid Biofuel power plant in Santa Fe Province, Argentina. . From March 2006 until May 2009 as Project & Business Development Manager of Pampa Energía Sa / Grupo Dolphin SA (owner of Edenor, Transener, Hidroeléctrica Nihuiles y Diamante, Central Güemes, Central Loma la Lata and Central Piedrabuena electricity utilities in Argentina) responsible for the development of new power projects. Major projects involved: a 100 MW new power project in Salta Argentina; coordination of tender process and EPC contracting for a usd 190 million 180 MW combined cycle project, feasibility study for a 180 MW liquid fuel power generation plant in Great Buenos Aires Area. . From October 2002 until March 2005 as General Manager of Tractebel Industrial Services Perú, a start up company of Suez-Tractebel Group created as part of the Camisea Project to commercialize energy (electricity and gas) and provide energy solutions to the industrial sector. Major achievements: successful start up of gas industrial supply in 35% of total gas market. Simultaneously, as Country Business Developer for Tractebel Energy & Gas International. Major achievements: awarding of a 30 year concession of a 120 MW hydro power project financed with the sale of a 30 usd million minority stake of running power investments to local pension funds. . Formerly since January 1999 until July 2002 as Corporate Regional Manager in Iberdrola Energía do Brasil, the South American Business Unit of Iberdrola SA. Between October 1995 and December 1998 as General Manager of Central Térmica Güemes, thermoelectric power plant in the Wholesale Electricity Market in Argentina, participated by Iberdrola SA and Duke Energy.
