Robert is an accomplished educator with master’s level in administration education and leadership skills, 13 years of demonstrated ability to teach, motivate, and direct students while maintaining high interest and achievement. He has the talents to design and implement engaging and inspiring lessons, effectively addressing every student’s learning style and ability. Robert has eight years working experience with the federal government as an Operations Research Analyst in the Program Executive Office, PM, Abrams Tank System Cost/Operation Branch. As a government employee, he participated in comprehensive studies for Research & Development for life cycle cost of products. Robert worked with teams and led the interacting with corporate, divisional, and customer personnel in defining goals and resolution of problem issues. As an educator, he desires to communicate effectively with diverse populations of students at a variety of academic levels. As an effective communicator Robert, interacted with diverse populations of students at a variety of academic levels. He served as the Capacity Building Coach to implement Positive Behavior Intervention and Support (PBIS) Procedures for teachers and students that defined a positive school environment. He was an advisor and Coordinator for the Student Council Association for students. He was the advisor and Coordinator College tours to local College & Universities for students. Robert’s educational philosophy focused on curriculum planning; educational policies; legal Issues and how to develop a relationship with parents by keeping parents, faculty, and administrators informed of educational changes.
