Jeroen van HoofSenior IT Specialist, IBM Jeroen van Hoof is a Certified IT Specialist with IBM Global Services in the Netherlands. He has over 15 years of experience with UNIX operating systems and over 10 years experience with Linux. Before joining IBM through PwC Consulting, he worked in high-performance computing at the Dutch National Supercomputing Centre as a parallelisation expert. He is an author on both versions of the RedBook "Linux Client Migration Cookbook". He was technical lead on the delivery of the Dutch National Supercomputing facility, a 120 node Linux on Power system. He is a Red Hat Certified Engineer, VMWare Certified Professional and SAP Certified Technology Consultant. He holds a PhD in Theoretical Physics from the University of Nijmegen. |
