Specialties: • Development or review of commercial strategy and implementation of this commercial strategy (including turn around management) • Business Development (as in commercial development, not as in M&A): driving sales, partnerships, opportunities, marketing,… • The indirect sales model (sales through distribution partners) Current assignments: Valspar BV: Commercial Consultancy A marketing study on the European competition of Valspar Refinishes. This study will be form the groundwork for an adaptation of Valspars European Commercial Strategy. The study is conducted in The Netherlands, France, Germany, UK, Italy and the Czech Republic. DIT.: Business Management of a professional theater company Creation and business development of professional improv theater company “DIT.” Setting up the business, the administration, the (mostly online) marketing and sales to theaters and corporate event organizers. Turnover target for season 2008-2009: 300 K€.
