I am a Personal Development Consultant, Clinical Hypnotherapist, NLP Practitioner and Time Line Therapist. I am also a qualified teacher in Adult and Further Education, my subjects, counselling, and all PD subjects, including Time Management, Managing Change, Assertiveness, Confidence Building. I have also taught relaxation techniques and meditation over the years and am particularly interested in working with individuals, groups and organisations in putting in place strategies to overcome and deal positively with stress. Nine years ago I qualified as a Basic Expedition Leader and have been assistant leader on outdoor weekends, particularly with groups of disadvantaged women, walking, abseiling, confidence building. I now live in France but am available to work in England. I am a personal development consultant, clinical hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and Time Line Therapist. I also have a Cert Ed in adult and further education.
